First off, the actual knife is great. Works well for the purpose. It is way too easy to cut yourself with both sides being exposed blade though. A cover for the ulu portion when using the guy hook portion would be useful. And visa versa.
Second, terrible customer service from raptor razor. Terrible. I got this kit as a gift for Christmas 2017. For whatever reason I managed to cross-thread the handle while disassembling, not assembling. Again, handle went together smooth, but would not come back off. Anyway, I emailed customer service with full knowledge I would have to buy a new handle. NO RESPONSE. None. Zip, zilch, nada. Finally ended up just ordering a new handle and they requested I review the product. So here you go prospective customers. Nice knife, dismissive company.
