Unfortunately, your company did not fulfill the order. It was sent to my address then delivered right back to you and marked as "bad address". I have no clue what that means, as I get packages sent to my home often. Your customer service rep did a nice job of keeping me updated but I still do not understand why my package could not be delivered successfully. I asked for a refund due to this confusion. I just assumed the company would figure out a way to get it to me, their customer, but apparently I assumed wrong.
